When we decided to sell our house in The Village, we noticed Brie's signs were consistently and quickly showing "SOLD". We gave her a call and are so glad we did. She provided recommendations for sprucing up our house with a detailed list of vendors, all of which were honest and fairly priced. Brie sent over a designer to help us stage our own stuff and we had an offer the day after hitting the market. Do yourself a favor and call her! ✅️💯 SHE IS ONE OF A KIND GEM in this fake filled world. We had the honor of having Brie as our realtor. From the first phone call I made, to our first meeting we knew it was meant to be. Nothing felt forced or fake. The information she shared with us was more of a friend giving feedback versus a business transaction. She was so sweet to work around our nightshift schedule, which can be a bit crazy. She actually listened to what we needed & that's why it was so easy to work with her. She understands your needs but also gives you hard truths about the current market rollercoaster. Honesty and transparency is what you get with her. During our meets & messages she checked in on our son that was going thru a medical hurdle. Those small personal details matter & most people just don't care. We sold our ❣️ home in the Village, so quickly that we couldn't even believe it. How could she be so successful while balancing so many roles? Well, I have the answer! She is a well-oiled machine. Brie was the most amazing realtor in Oklahoma City. She had everything you’re looking for. Knowledgeable, great communication and gets the job done! Brie is incredible! That cannot be overstated! Very professional, patient and informed! We were first time sellers and she made the process clear and as stress free as possible. We were able to sell fast for a good price even when the market was difficult for sellers. She always took time to answer any questions we had! She is well connected! When it came time for repairs, Brie was able to advise us on what repairs we could negotiate and provide additional contacts to provide quotes. Each quote was reasonable and honest. We will be happy to be her clients for future real estate needs!

My experience with Brie Green has been remarkable. She initially came over and we did a walk through of my mom's house after she passed so we would have an idea of what needed to be done to put on market. She gave us honest opinions and let us know about the process. It took us way longer to sort through things and get the house empty and ready to sell. Brie checked in along the way and was very patient. She was able to make referrals for some of the work we needed to have done and all work was top notch. When we had a buyer fall through Brie had us under contract again within 48 hours. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all around good person. I highly recommend her if you are considering buying or selling a home.
